The Band
was formed in 1999 by Dave Southall. Fronted by Band Leader
and Musical Director Jon Harpin, and Vocalist Kerry Bowles, the 18
piece band continues to entertain audiences throughout the South West
and beyond.
We are extremely lucky to have some very talented
arrangers in the band Trombonist Paul Byers, Pianist Bernard Wight
and Composer and Arranger Jon Harpin. Some of Jon's work can

Our extensive repertoire
spans the decades from the halcyon days of the Swing Era through
to modern day Including tunes made popular by Glenn Miller,
Tommy Dorsey, Artie Shaw, Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee and Ella Fitzgerald.
We cater for all events from weddings, parties to corporate
functions and are often called upon to perform concerts. With
over 400 tunes in our library, we are certain to make your special
